He had no further doubts and though this book he wants to spread the messages he received from spiritual masters who guide humans between the different planes of their existence.Whether one believes or not in his findings, this is a truly astonishing book by any means, with many description of events that are inexplicable other than by admitting the existence of spiritual connections between our past and present loved ones.The book also remarkably proves how all religions are founded on the same bases and relied on transmitting the same messages of pure and unconditional love.I wish everyone on this Earth could read this book and meditate on its teachings.
This book talked about people's experiences when they were babies and how people felt about them when they were born. People can carry that feeling for a long time, the feeling of being wanted or unwanted when they were born. When I was pregnant I really wanted a boy. I had a series of dreams about having a girl and dressing her up as a boy. In general I was disappointed about having a girl. Once the baby is born there's instant love no matter of the sex. She's the most awesome girl I know. Now she's 4yo, I was doing her hair and she says, "Mommy, I don't want to be a boy" I said, "I'm making your hair look like a pretty little girl." She said, "Mommy, you wanted me to be a boy and I didn't want to be a boy" This book allowed me to believe that she knew this. I said, "you're right, I did want a boy but I'm glad you're a girl. I love you as a girl." She said, "alright, I forgive you, I love you too." This book allowed me to accept her feelings and learn the importance of addressing them so she could heal. My fear or ego, could have denied her feelings and her resentment may have subconsciously grown over the years.
Excellent book!! For those individuals unfamiliar with Brian Weiss's books, I can only say that they are absolutely the most amazing books I have ever read. His first book: "Many Lives, Many Mansions," assisted me greatly in accepting a paradigm of reality that I intuitively I felt was more accurate then the Catholic beliefs I was raised with. We really are all a part of each other at the deepest level and as the soul evolves one understands that we are all a part of everything. The concept of separation eventually dissolves. This is a process that we were born here to learn. This is our inner most purpose for our existence. This is what we all intrinsically crave, the complete understanding and experience of what we truly are. When the ego aspect of oneself dissolves then, the cycle is complete and the soul achieves it's purpose. There is not one experience on this earth that is not related to the pursuit of this understanding.We are all here to shed our skin so to speak and become what we truly are. This is the message of the Masters. Reading books like this requires an expansion of ones mundane realitybase. Our beliefs and concepts are so based in our day to day world that seeing the larger picture of life is difficult. I intrinsically have felt this from the time I could remember. I just knewthat reality as we know it- was only a superficial shell and that we are all here to crack that shell open to understand that all of life is a forever experience and that all of life is ONE. This is a beautiful book that basically grasps messages of higher souls through individulas in deep hypnosis. I recommend that you read all of Bryan Weiss's books before you come to this one as for many of us, this is foreign territory and difficult to tread. But, I would like to add that one does not have to wait for mediums from higher planes to explain this to us. This concept,this understanding blossoms in all of us naturally when we have earned that wisdom. I believe we are here because we need to go through the experiences of our life that ultimatelybrings us to this awareness and in the process, dissolution of the ego reality into the complete awareness of ones higher Self. We are all a part of each other, we are all a part of the cosmos.It is wonderful to hear wisdom from highly evolved souls but, it is better when you own that understanding after conquering the trials and tribulations of everyday life. I was looking for a recent book that would be equivalent to Lobsang Rampa's books. I was pleasantly surprised that Brian Weiss a well trained western medical professional could send universal message from heaven about the divinity in the human person. I agree with him in many ways. I have a Persian style astrology technique which I used to interpret his birth chart. His creative forces midpoint, soul mind, NE/PL is conjunction Jupiter. His self's desires midpoint VE/MA is square his NE/PL. He is a master spirit himself and devout to the Creative Forces. I recommend others to read his books.

His passion for helping humanity to awaken to higher awareness and heal the deepest inner core fears, fractures, anxieties, and phobias, by going to the core issues where these imbalances first originated, is a most remarkable breakthrough in the field of cutting edge parapsychology and human development. I love this book so much I will now read all the others that Brian Weiss wrote. Most highly recommended for those who are ready to go to the core issues and heal their lives.
